No, unfortunately there is no possibility to make a reservation per phone.
Under our contact list you can select the car park you need. Fill up the compulsory fields and send the email; the selected car park will get back to you. (You will read during the booking procedure several info regarding your car park. Together with the confirmation email, you will get telephone number, address and detailed location instructions of your car park.
Please read the cancellation policy of the single car park.
No. Without reservation you have not a guaranteed parking space.
Yes. You can easily pay online with Mastercard and Visa, as well as with PayPal and Sofortüberweisung.
Each car park is having a liability insurance. Please read and accept under point 8 before closing the reservation the term and conditions of your parking space facility.
A cancellation can only be made in writing by e-mail to the following address: storno@autohotel.org The following processing fees apply to bookings paid online: Cancellation up to 7 days before arrival: 5.00 cancellation fee up to 3 days before arrival: 50% of the agreed price Cancellation fee up to 0 days before arrival or in the event of non-use: 100% of the agreed fee
